A lawyer both in Italy and France, Francesca is an acknowledged expert in corporate and international law. She assists large groups and SMEs in developing their legal strategy both in Italy and internationally, dealing extensively with M&A, private equity and corporate compliance, with a particular focus on personal data protection issues.

President of the Association of Italian Lawyers in France, she is a speaker at legal seminars and author of numerous publications in Italian and French law journals.

A member of the bar in Venice and Paris, she holds a double doctorate in international law from the University of Padua and the Panthéon Assas Paris II University, and a double 2nd level Master’s Degree in European and international law from the Universities of Urbino and Paris I.
