Roberta Mollica is head of the Media & Entertainment, and Intellectual Property Department.

She has considerable experience in the media, communication and entertainment industry. She provides advice and assistance with commercial law, copyright law, image law and all regulatory matters pertaining to this area.

She assists clients with contractual and commercial matters and services such as product placement, sponsorship, advertising, e-commerce, event and concert organisation.

She also deals with the precise regulatory issues – of digital, satellite, cable and Internet broadcasting – those related to advertising and communication, and with copyright and image rights, including contracts for the assignment and licensing of rights.

Member of the Milan Bar Association, she graduated in Law at the Bocconi University, Milan, and before co-founding Lawal, she worked for a prestigious Milan law firm.
