Mauro Raffaghelli graduated in law from Milan’s University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and started his traineeship specializing in contract and commercial law and civil liability.

After a year, Mauro jointed a boutique Milan firm specialized in employment law, acquiring significant experience over 14 years of advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters (employment law, trade union law, pensions and benefits, agent contracts) and data protection law.

In 2015, Mauro joined QUORUM as Of Counsel.

Mauro focus in employment law and represents and defends companies and top management. He provides Italian companies and international corporation with advice on all their employment related requirements, including with disciplinary procedures, individual dismissals, corporate reorganizations, transfers of individual and collective agreements, secondments, transfer of businesses, employment contracts (employees and freelance workers), and agent contracts, drafting company-level agreements (including negotiating and liaising with trade unions), drafting and negotiating employment contracts and shareholder agreements for members of top management (including stock options, call options and retention clauses), negotiating the termination of employment contracts for employees. He also provides due diligence assistance (both acquisition and vendor side). He is known for his expertise in advising domestic and international corporations on all aspects of personal data protection requirements and rules.

Mauro enrolled to the Bar of Milan in 2004 and is member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI) since 2006.
