Sara Gastaldi is enrolled at the Bar Association in Rome and Admitted to the Supreme Court.

Sara is an expert in labour and trade union law and industrial relations, having acquired significant experience in assisting clients within company reorganizations, legal compliance and application of employment Italian regulatory framework and national collective agreements. She advises in the negotiation and implementation of trade union agreements and in the drafting and negotiation of individual employment contracts and litigation.

Sara is often speaker at labour related events and client-based seminars.
