Gabriele graduated in law at Rome’s University “La Sapienza” in 2002.

Gabriele assists companies and individuals with trade union negotiations, human resource management, pre-contentious and contentious matters relating to the employment relationship, autonomous and freelance workers and agents. He advises clients in relation to pensions and compulsory welfare, occupational health & safety, industrial relations and advisory and assistance relating to IT matters.

Gabriele also advises national and international clients in relation to personal data processing matters and operates as data protection officer for private and public companies.

Gabriele is Enrolled at the Bar Association in Rome and Admitted to the Supreme Court.
