Roberto has worked from London, Brussels and New York, acquiring important international experience with leading law firms. Roberto acquired specific experience working at the Italian Communications Authority, advising on competition in the TMT sector, M&As, private equity and finance.

Roberto provides legal advice in relation to complex corporate projects, both distressed and cross border, and in private equity and venture capital investments. Roberto advise clients in setting up alternative property and asset investment funds. He advises start-ups and innovative SMEs in relation to investments and fund raising, including crowdfunding, initial coin offering and private placements.
