A chartered accountant and statutory auditor, Alberto Picariello has long-standing experience in tax and commercial law as well as in providing assistance and advice concerning accounting matters.

During his professional activity, he has had the opportunity to dedicate himself to an extensive series of cases in the field of tax litigation, in technical consultancy in the field of both civil and criminal corporate litigation, in drawing up appraisals for the evaluation of companies and corporate shares, in tax due diligence and customer assistance in the event of corporate acquisitions and extraordinary operations.

Alberto holds positions as auditor of companies with and without attribution of accounting control, and as director of joint-stock companies.
