He has gained over 15 years of experience in managing complex insolvency proceedings, corporate crises, and business restructuring.

Giuseppe regularly assists banks, investment funds, and entrepreneurs in restructuring and turnaround operations, offering innovative solutions from both the credit and debt perspectives. He has significant experience in distressed real estate transactions, working alongside some of the market’s leading players in implementing acquisition strategies for real estate assets from insolvency and enforcement procedures.

Giuseppe is a member of the Rome Bar Association, he graduated in Law from the University of Pisa and has worked in some of the most prestigious Italian and international law firms.
