Zülal completed her internship as a legal intern at Kılıç Çaylı & Partners Law Office between 2018-2019.

In September 2019, she obtained her attorney's license. As of 2019, she started to work as a lawyer at Kılıç Çaylı & Partners Law Office, where she also completed her legal internship.

For 2 years, she worked as a trainee supervisor.

She is experienced in public procurement law, administrative law, tax law, commercial law and dispute management. She has authored and co-authored several published articles on these topics. She was named as one of Turkey's thought leaders in the fields of "Government and Public Sector" and "Real Estate and Construction" in Mondaq 2022 fall semester.

She has represented international and multinational companies before the courts, particularly in the service sector, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, construction and transportation sectors. She has sector specific knowledge and advises her clients on new practices during regulatory compliance processes, as well as providing training to ensure compliance.

As of 2022, she has been working as a department manager at Kılıç Çaylı & Partners Law Office.
