Belemir completed her internship as a legal intern at ARIEMRE Law Office and Legal Attorneys & Counselors in İstanbul, between 2014-2015. In October 2015, she obtained her attorney's license. As of 2015, she started to work as a lawyer at Fidan & Fidan Law Office. Belemir, who went to London for language training, started to work as a lawyer at Erciyas Law Office in Ankara, between 2017-2020. She had a opportunity to gain experience in different areas, such as consumer law and family law. She started to work at Kılıç Çaylı & Partners Law Office in November 2020. Belemir has been representing clients in the field of Labor Law and various litigation areas for about 3 years. She has authored and co-authored several published articles on Labor Law. She was named as one of Turkey's thought leaders in the fields of "Employment and HR" and " Arbitration & Dispute Resolution" in Mondaq Autumn 2021 and Spring 2022 periods.
