Mia skillfully navigates clients in the maze of emerging legal fields. Known for her versatile portfolio of legal skills, with a practice focusing on core cross-border commercial and corporate transactions along day-to-day affairs that are particularly oriented towards the aviation and airport services industry, she also specializes in all things media, entertainment, fashion, art, intellectual property, information technology and telecom.

In addition to her extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, she is a double-LL.M. graduate of Fordham Law, has academic and practical experience in the first-of-its-kind fashion law academic curriculum introduced in US universities and has pursued pro-bono work within fashion law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mia began her career by gaining hands-on ground experience in the US real estate law field, with a particular focus on the transactional side, a background that has provided her with valuable insights into the intricacies of real estate transactions, further enhancing her ability to serve clients effectively.
