Dia is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. As Legal Director at HNS Legal, he leads a dynamic team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. He oversees the entire legal project lifecycle, aligning client and firm objectives, coordinating cross-practice teams, managing case timelines and mitigating risks to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Before joining HNS Legal, Dia held several key positions at a leading Lebanese bank, most recently as Head of Sanctions, where he combined legal expertise with banking operations to ensure compliance with international regulatory standards.

Dia is also a trusted advisor to boards on business ethics and governance issues, with a proven track record in managing delinquent clients and guiding stakeholders through complex insolvency proceedings.
