Qualified and practicing law in Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates, he has developed ample experience working with a diverse clientele including local, regional, national and multinational corporate groups in the Automotive, Real Estate, Banking and Finance, TMT, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Consumer Goods, Energy and Utilities, Construction and Infrastructure, Hospitality, Tourism and Entertainment industries.

Mohamad assists corporate clients in establishing their presence across the MENAT region, aids individuals in starting their businesses and advises them on their transactional legal matters.

With a substantial background in dispute resolution, Mohamad is engaged in high-value cases, as well as cases that involve complex structured entities.
