Senior Associate

Rachel joined Indemnity Legal as an Associate in 2021 having worked for a leading law firm advising insurance companies since 2014. During that time, Rachel advised leading insurers on a broad range of coverage issues, and worked with insurers, loss adjusters, insolvency practitioners, brokers, and policyholders to resolve a wide variety of claims – both in and out of Court.

Rachel has a wealth of experience in claims involving property damage, construction-related disputes, and claims against professionals. Rachel has particular expertise in the resolution of coverage disputes vesting in an insolvent estate, and she is routinely asked by insolvency practitioners to advise.

Rachel uses her expertise and experience on "the other side" to advise high businesses and high net worth individuals on the most effective way to resolve a dispute with their insurers and ensure that their legitimate claims are paid.
