Valeriya Chinova has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of National and World Economy and has been a member of the Sofia Bar Association since the beginning of 2016. In 2021 she suspended her practice for a certain period of time to take position of Senior Expert at the District Administration of Sofia Region, after which she restore her practice as lawyer.

She joined the team of Mikinski & Partners Law Firm in 2022.

She has in-depth expertise in civil, contract and commercial law. She has been dealing with accident compensation for many years. While working in government, she gained experience in administrative law and procedure, as well as one related to government property.

In her practice, she has frequently dealt with enforcement proceedings and debt collections. She has considerable experience in legal representation in civil and commercial cases. She has experience in advising clients on a variety of cases.
