Vasilen Emilov earned LL.M. from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law in 2023 with summa cum laude (highest honors) . He has been Sofia Bar Association member since mid-2024. In the period 2020 – 2022 he was selected successively as a Fulbright trainee at Sofia District Court and Sofia City Court.

Vasilen has assisted leading judges, drafting numerous judgment acts in civil and commercial cases – including judgments and preliminary references to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). He has solid experience in resolving complex disputes in the field of corporate and contract law, as well as in the area of real estate and tort law.

As a part of Mikinski & Partner’s team, he builds comprehensive litigation strategies for clients in intercompany, corporate and civil cases. Vasilen specializes in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation.
