Career

Aggeliki is Partner and has extensive experience in corporate and M&As and energy law as well as private law. She advises national and international business institutions in relation to handling investigations and disputes with the capital markets and represents clients in high-stake civil litigation, with a particular focus on compensation mechanisms for executives, foreign funds, and the provision of banking, investment and payment services and the trading of derivatives. She has all-encompassing experience in the insurance sector M&A, captive insurance, reinsurance and alternative risk transfer arrangements, private insurance claims for life insurance, distribution agreements, and on insurance and regulatory compliance issues. She also advises companies and individuals on insurance requirements for acquisition and construction contracts and insurance due diligence, and insurance company liquidation. She has advised clients on private law matters with a specialization in enforcement law, legal transactions, as well as collective and individual damages claims. Her legal work has been published in the legal journal of Business and Company Law as the first legal case in Greece on the liability of an international hosting provider for hosting non-existent accommodation on its website. She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2015. She is admitted before the Court of Appeal.
