Career

Christos is an Associate specializing in labor and criminal law, with many years of experience in private, civil and administrative law. He provides legal advice on the full range of labor law, such as collective labor agreements, collective consultations, labor policies of companies and labor regulations, employment contracts of employees and managers, collective and individual bargaining, compliance of employers with the applicable legislation, labor restructuring in the context of mergers, acquisitions and company restructurings, claiming accrued employees. Some of the clients he has undertaken from time to time are financial services companies, real estate and hotel companies.

He has experience in criminal law and has represented clients at every stage of criminal proceedings, from the pre-trial stage to representation in investigative authorities as well as before Criminal Courts of all levels.

He deals with all kinds of civil disputes, such as disputes over leases, sales, work contracts and independent services, while he has been particularly involved in inheritance law proceedings, such as inheritance acceptances, clergy lawsuits, protection of heirs. He also carries out checks of real estate titles before the purchase and sale process.

Christos also has experience in administrative law and represents companies and individuals before the Administrative Courts.

He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2007.
