Managing Partner at Firas Trabulsi Lawyers and Consultants, member of the Quality Advisory Committee at the Saudi Bar Association. He is a lawyer with over 18 years of experience in complex commercial legal transactions, in addition to his expertise in the fields of oil and energy, dispute resolution, intellectual property, company formation, financial restructuring, governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and negotiations, international partnership agreements, and trademark registration. He is also a member arbitrator at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and the Royal Institute of Arbitrators in the United Kingdom. Mr. Firas has been a licensed lawyer from the Ministry of Justice since 2014.

Before establishing his law firm, Firas worked at several local law firms with international and regional partnerships, in addition to serving as a legal advisor at an Islamic bank in Saudi Arabia. He also worked as a legal advisor in the energy sector at Chevron in the United States, both of which enriched his legal expertise on both local and international levels.
