Shreya Dalal has been associated with the firm since 2020 and is a part of the General Corporate team. She specializes in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Investments, joint ventures, and start-up investment and is co-heading the General Corporate team along with Bhushan Shah.

Shreya has graduated from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata and has previously worked with law firms like AZB & Partners and Link Legal India Law Services before joining MHCO.
