Sandra has a professional career spanning more than twenty years. She holds a degree in law from the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, a Master's degree in Public and Social Policy from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, ​​Spain, and postgraduate studies in Administration and Policy, Taxation and Public Management, and Constitutional Law. She has extensive experience in the public and administrative sectors, having held senior positions in the sector. She currently heads the Administrative, Labour, and Government Contracting Practice at the Ugaz Zegarra & Asociados law firm, where she organises, directs, and evaluates the legal strategies of her clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and national and foreign corporations, to whom she offers not only her detailed knowledge of the field but also her vast professional experience.
