He managed a number of legal departments in law firms and is currently the Managing Partner of ADP Law Firm since 2019. Participated in the drafting and review of commercial and administrative contracts, international and local, with a total of more than 400 contracts and agreements. Expert in pleading before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies of all degrees, and participated in the drafting of more than 500 regulations and memoranda,The managing partner is considered a legislative expert through his participation in the drafting of a number of works of draft laws and regulations in the government and private sectors, the latest of which is: Leading the legislation team in writing the “Document of Exclusion of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence” from the state revenue system, which was approved by the Supreme Court. He led the legislative team in ADP Law Firm in the work of the “Organizing Branches” project at the Ministry of Sports, the “Investment Regulation” project with its approved models, and the “Club Sponsorship Regulation” project with its deliberate models. He is a specialist in managing governance projects with government agencies and the private sector, most notably the governance project management in MODON, and currently leads a team in developing major contracts for MODON and preparing more than 18 legislations and regulations, and led the team to complete the governance project with the Saudi Shooting Federation. The corporate team at ADP Law Firm manages to provide innovative solutions, most notably: acquisition and merger business, entrepreneurial solutions, and due diligence.
