Since his call to the Malaysian Bar in 2014, Kevin has been engaged in a whole spectrum of work in the areas of construction and energy and handles both contentious and non-contentious matters for government-linked, public and private sector companies, project owners, developers, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, engineers and suppliers.

His experience includes representing a diverse range of clients in domestic and international adjudication, litigation and arbitration of multi-million ringgit disputes as well as advising and negotiating standard forms of constructions related contract. This includes commonly used international forms of contract such as the SIA Conditions or FIDIC form.

Kevin has participated in arbitration proceedings administered by established institutions, including the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Kevin has also appeared before all levels of Court in Malaysia.
