Rylin graduated from University of Reading with LLB (Hons) in 2016 and completed the Bar Professional Training Course in 2017. Thereafter, she commenced her pupillage in an established and leading corporate law firm in Malaysia and was subsequently admitted to practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2019.

Rylin’s legal expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate advisory, and various facets of corporate and commercial law. She has demonstrated considerable proficiency in representing both foreign and domestic investors, handling high-value and intricate transactions across diverse industries such as mining, manufacturing, and food product distribution. Additionally, Rylin is highly skilled in drafting a wide array of commercial contracts and agreements. Her advisory work extends to critical corporate matters, including regulatory compliance, licensing, and risk management.

Fluent in English with professional proficiency, and able to conduct business conversations in Chinese and Malay.

A passionate traveler, Rylin loves exploring new destinations and cultures. Additionally, she is an avid animal lover and shares her home with a beloved cat.

Rylin enjoys staying active through playing badminton and practicing pilates. She is a certified diver and is currently learning golf, which adds to her love for engaging in diverse physical activities.
