Ming Chiek was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2013. After his admittance to High Court of Malaya, he worked as an Associate in Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh and Rahmat Lim & Partners, where he specialised in mergers & acquisitions (M&As), capital markets, corporate and commercial legal matters.

He is the founding partner of Gan, Lee & Tan (GLT Law) since 2018. Prior to becoming the founding partner of GLT Law, he was a partner of Ng, Gan & Partners managing corporate and commercial legal matters, specializing in M&As and strategic investments.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in corporate, capital markets and M&As, he has played a pivotal role in some of the most significant deals in Malaysia. His expertise extends beyond traditional fundraising and M&As, encompassing emerging industries such as fintech, equity crowdfunding, peer-to-peer financing, utility and security token offerings (STOs), and IPO on NASDAQ.

As the head of GLT Law's corporate, capital markets, and M&A department, Ming Chiek has elevated the firm to the pinnacle of legal excellence.
