Zhi Ming previously worked in the Corporate Real Estate department of Rahmat Lim & Partners, an associate firm of Allen & Gledhill LLP Singapore. He specialises in full range of real estate and property related transactions including property acquisitions and divestments, sale and leaseback transactions, property developments and joint ventures, built-to-suit property transactions and commercial leasing.
Zhi Ming has advised on and handled some of the largest and most highly structured property transactions involving retail malls, office buildings, hotels and serviced apartments, mixed developments and industrial properties.
Languages
Fluent in English with professional proficiency, and able to handle business conversations in Chinese and Malay.
