Career

Andreas Schregenberger specializes in representing parties in complex arbitration and state court litigation cases. His work focuses on international dispute resolution matters.

Since 2013, Andreas Schregenberger has represented international businesses and organizations in a broad range of disputes with a focus on infrastructure, construction, energy, agency, pharma, insurance, banking, and human rights. He acted as counsel and administrative secretary in numerous arbitration proceedings involving up to hundred million Euros of amount in dispute. Andreas Schregenberger was involved in cases under ICC, LCIA, SCAI, VIAC, and ad hoc arbitration rules involving various legal systems and has particular expertise in disputes involving states and state-owned companies.

Andreas Schregenberger studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw UZH) and holds an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center (Fulbright Fellow). He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2011 and worked in major business law firms in Zurich, Vienna and Washington, D.C.

Andreas Schregenberger is a member of ASA/ASAb40, ArbAut/YAAP, Young ISTAC, Young ITA, and the Viennese Attorney's Society UNION. He regularly publishes and speaks on topics in the field of international arbitration. Andreas Schregenberger speaks German, English and French.
