Panayiotis has a dual qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales and a Cypriot advocate. Panayiotis is a graduate of Christ’s College of the University of Cambridge with a degree in law (MA (Cantab), LLB).

Prior to moving to Cyprus, Panayiotis worked for eight years in the corporate team of a global Magic Circle law firm , more recently as a managing associate. Panayiotis has represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies, sovereign funds and high-net-worth individuals and multinational corporations. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and consortiums, reorganisations and ongoing corporate and portfolio company advice in relation to high-profile, cross-border, high-value transactions.

Panayiotis combines excellent legal advice with a personal no-nonsense approach. He brings a collaborative and commercial approach to resolving disparate interests amongst divergent stakeholders without losing focus of the primary objective – getting the deal done.
