Specializes in tax and customs law, transfer pricing, investments, foreign economic activity, trade and distribution. He has profound experience in various consulting projects in such sectors as agroindustry, real estate and construction, IT and telecommunications, finance and investments, chemistry and food industry, transport, machinery construction, fuel and energy, ecology and biotechnology, pharmaceutics. Ivan is the author of more than 20 theoretic and practical articles on urgent issues of taxation and customs regulation.

Mr. Shynkarenko joined KM Partners in 2005. Became a Partner in 2015. During the years of work with WTS Consulting Ivan has earned recognition as a specialist capable of solving the most complex problems, faced by clients of the firm in their practical activity. Education in economics and profound experience provide him with in-depth understanding of business activity of the firm’s clients and allows elaboration of the most optimal solutions in each particular case.
