Principle Counsel, Attorney at Law. Victoria Minets specializes in real estate and land matters and as well as having valuable experience in the fields of merger and acquisition and corporate law. Victoria’s professional activity involves participation in large-scale restructuring projects, including structuring and support of share transfer agreements, elaboration and implementation of corporate management and control mechanisms, transfer of real estate and other assets, transfer of software and other intellectual property, transfer of agreements and permissive documents. Victoria advises clients on business issues related to land possession, lease relations, subsoil use, and construction; also she provides support in judicial disputes connected with the abovementioned issues.
