Specializes in real estate and consruction, land law, litigation, corporate and commercial law; is an expert in contract and business law, commodity trade, agricultural production and trade, antitrust and competition issues, maritime shipping and transport (including deals on stevedoring companies). Has successful practice in commercial litigation.

Maxim Oleksiyuk started his career at the first private notary office in Kharkiv specializing in real estate transactions. Later he became an advisor of the Head of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance and Banking and then he worked in Arthur Andersen’s Kyiv office. He has been working at KM Partners since 2001, as a Partner - since 2004. He is co-founder and member of KM Partners Attorneys at Law.

Mr. Oleksiyuk is a member of the Kiev City Bar Association, American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC), European Business Association (EBA), U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), Public Organization "ENRIGHTENED". In 2015 Maxim acted as Co-Chair of the Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
