Chermaine Chen Yinn Li’s practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial transactions. The scope of her practice encompasses corporate advisory and regulatory compliance amongst others. She has assisted with several due diligence exercises for Malaysian companies and has advised on the process of obtaining licences from the relevant regulators.

Chermaine graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Cardiff University and was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2018. She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2019.
