Faisal Al-Lozi is a highly experienced and accomplished legal professional who currently holds the position of Partner at Kayan Law. His expertise lies in drafting agreements and contracts, providing legal advice and consultation to both national and international NGOs on matters related to establishment, operation, de-registration, and compliance with applicable laws.

During his career, Faisal has developed and prepared incorporation documents for national and international businesses, including NGOs, and has drafted companies’ constitutional documents for submission to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. As a licensed bilingual lawyer, he is well-versed in Arabic and English, enabling him to work fluently in both languages at a professional level.

Faisal's legal consultancy expertise extends to companies' registration, including free and development zones, joint ventures, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, labor matters, income and sales tax legal matters, and drafting and amending legislation related to investment and economic development. He is also a litigator before courts, with experience representing clients in various legal matters.

With his vast knowledge and experience in the legal field, Faisal is a valuable addition to the Kayan Law team, and his contributions have helped the firm deliver exceptional legal services to clients across various industries.
