Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, Co-Founder and Senior Partner, Africa Legal Associates (ALA), stands as one of the most prominent transactional lawyers in West Africa. Mr. Otchere-Darko is a solicitor and barrister trained in both the United Kingdom and Ghana. His background also includes serving as the former CEO of a UK-based consulting company, specialising in facilitating business ventures for entities with interests in Africa. As the Senior Partner of ALA, he leads the firm's initiative in facilitating trade and commerce within Africa's rapidly expanding and increasingly integrated regional markets.

Drawing from his extensive expertise, Mr. Otchere-Darko holds prominent positions, such as Chairman of the Ghana Hub of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, Founder and Chairman of the Africa Prosperity Network (organisers of the influential Africa Prosperity Dialogues), Chairman of the Statesman newspaper, and Founder and Chairman of Asaase Broadcasting Company, which owns a network of radio stations based in Ghana.
