Associate

Emmanuel is an Associate at Africa Legal Associates and a leading member of the firm’s Pan-African practice. With his understanding of the African market, the African Continental Free Trade Area, and other regional agreements, he provides legal advice to clients of the firm to strategically position themselves to conduct business across the continent.

He is the Secretary and Legal Advisor for Africa Prosperity Network and has for the past two years been instrumental in building strategic partnerships between the organisation and government agencies, regional economic communities, development finance institutions, multinationals, and civil society groups in Africa and beyond toward the advancement of intra-continental trade and economic integration in Africa.

Emmanuel also plays a key role in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department covering the areas of corporate and commercial disputes, land disputes, and intellectual property disputes. In the courtroom and beyond, his advocacy skills and attention to detail set him apart and give him a competitive edge. With his sharp legal mind and his ability to navigate complex legal matters, he delivers tailor-made solutions to clients and assists them in upscaling their businesses.
