Managing Associate

Julia’s practice focuses on corporate law and M&A. She also has a large experience in projects including energy, natural resources, and infrastructure. She advises companies on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, as well as on general corporate matters for both domestic and international clients.

She regularly advises clients (investors, industrial operators, public entities) on cross-border and local issues including in OHADA law.

Julia is also actively involved in litigation matters.

Prior to joining ADNA, Julia gained experience in different corporate/M&A and Projects departments of well-known French and international law firms. In addition to her law degree in Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas Julia has a diploma in economic international law in Africa.

Julia is a member of the Paris and Conakry Bar.
