Alejandro Álvarez is a trusted advisor to many local and foreign clients in the incorporation of their companies in Chile and in the development of their business in the country.

He has extensive experience in advising local and cross-border investment projects in the energy, construction and engineering, trade and logistics, real estate and finance industries, among others, as well as in the public sector. He has participated in multiple local and international financing and corporate restructuring transactions.

He leads the German Desk of Alvarez Abogados, with a vast experience in advising German clients in Chile, having also chaired the Chilean-German Chamber of Commerce AG (2008-2010).

Alejandro is also a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
