Manuel Sánchez has extensive experience advising both domestic and international companies across a wide range of corporate law matters, with a strong focus on complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments. His practice includes advising on all stages of transactional processes — from due diligence and structuring to negotiation, documentation, and post-closing integration — across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, technology, and financial services.

He also has significant experience in corporate and project finance, representing borrowers and sponsors in the development and financing of large-scale projects, as well as in the structuring of financing arrangements that align with regulatory and commercial objectives. In addition, Manuel regularly advises clients on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, particularly those involving distressed assets and governed by insolvency and reorganization law frameworks.

Manuel also advises clients on capital markets matters, mainly in connection with investment funds.

He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Chile (1998), a Master of Laws degree from Cornell University (New York, 2002) and a diploma in Tax Law from the Luigi Bocconi University of Commerce (Milan, 2000).
