Joaquín Recart advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on contract law and corporate governance. His practice spans multiple industries, providing strategic legal support tailored to each client’s operational and regulatory needs.

He also has significant experience in capital markets, real estate transactions, corporate financing, and both local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, where he regularly advises on structuring, negotiation, and execution.

In addition to his legal practice, Joaquín serves as a professor of Private Law at the Law School of Universidad de Chile, reflecting his ongoing engagement with academic research and legal education.

He holds a law degree from Universidad de Chile (summa cum laude, 2008), a Master of Laws degree in Private Law from Universidad de Chile (summa cum laude, 2013) and a Master of Laws degree from Columbia University (New York, 2015). He obtained Fulbright (2013) and Chile (2014) scholarships for graduate studies.
