Victoria's practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory. Victoria has also developed significant experience assisting clients in public and private tender processes and advising on corporate matters related to energy and infrastructure projects.

In addition to her professional work, she served as an assistant instructor of Private Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, reflecting her academic engagement and strong foundation in civil law.

Victoria Carrasco is a lawyer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez approved with highest distinction (2018); she completed a Master’s in Sports Management and Legal Skills at the ISDE Academic Center in Barcelona, Spain (2023); and is currently pursuing a diploma in Applied Taxation for Corporations at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
