Position
Maarten Mussche (1982) is a founding partner of Finch Dispute Resolution. He specializes in corporate and commercial dispute resolution.
Maarten advises directors, supervisory board members, shareholders and corporations in (impending) conflict situations. He litigates about commercial contracts, corporate takeovers, shareholder disputes and directors’ and officers’ liability. He frequently acts before the Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) of the Amsterdam Court of Appeals.
Maarten holds a PhD in the field of corporate law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is on the editorial board of the corporate law journal Maandblad voor Ondernemingsrecht (MvO) since its establishment in 2015.
