Position
Stefan Holterman (1984) is a founding partner of Finch Dispute Resolution. He is a corporate litigator with a focus on shareholder disputes.
Stefan has extensive experience in corporate and commercial dispute resolution, handling company-law disputes, liability proceedings and corporate governance issues. He frequently represents clients in proceedings at the Enterprise Chamber (Ondernemingskamer) in Amsterdam. Stefan also counsels directors and officers, shareholders and supervisory authorities on their legal position.
Stefan is member of the supervisory board of the Utrecht Bar Association.
