With more than 13 years of experience in M&A, foreign investment, corporate restructuring, other business issues and especially real estate business, Ms. Linh has assisted many domestic and international investment companies in Vietnam, such as advising on investment models, formulating restructuring plans, restructuring acquisitions (both in terms of taxation, finance, etc.). She also managed many M&A projects (as a leading lawyer), from conducting legal DD to, drafting contract documents and assisting parties to complete the work. In regards to the day-to-day operations of the company, she has assisted many leading companies in constructing contract templates, compliance matrices, and providing advice on corporate matters.
