Ifeoma brings extensive experience in M&A, project finance, restructuring, banking and finance, asset and real estate finance, private client services and other general corporate and commercial matters.

She leads the firm’s Finance and Projects practice groups and is focused on assisting businesses to achieve local and international financing and investment goals. She excels in curating strategies for business reorganisation and restructuring including joint ventures, partnerships, consortiums, re-domiciliation, and spin-offs.

Her expertise also includes guiding clients through debt and equity issuance, including IPOs, bond issuance, commercial paper, rights issues, private placements, and securitisation. As a certified insolvency practitioner, she advises on receivership, liquidation, administration, creditors' voluntary arrangements (CVA), and netting. Additionally, she provides seamless counsel on succession planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer, ensuring her clients’ long-term and transgenerational financial security.
