Personal

Tope is the founder and senior partner at Tope Adebayo LP with vast experience in Dispute Resolution, International Asset Tracing & Recovery, Project Finance and Corporate Transactions. He is responsible for the many brilliant feats the firm has achieved in its Litigation & ADR practice areas over the years.

He has led some of the most challenging cases in international assets recoveries, disputes arising from company management and administration in the telecommunications, oil, and gas industries, with commendable and proven track-record of handling cases in the superior courts of records in Nigeria.

An alumnus of the Prestigious Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education, Tope was the best graduating student of the Faculty of Law, University of Ado-Ekiti where he obtained his LL. B and best graduating student in the LL.M programme at the University of Lagos.

A member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association (IBA), Tope is a Capital Markets consultant registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), he is also a registered member of the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators.
