Swesha Alfred Musonda is a Partner of the Firm who is best described as a passionate and seasoned litigator. His approach to litigation or dispute resolution is  is centered on meeting and satisfying the expectations of each respective client.   The aforesaid is coupled with his ability to adopt a pragmatic approach that assists clients to resolve disputes in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Swesha has a proven track record of successfully and ably representing clients in a wide range of disputes that range from inter alia settlement and land disputes, conflicts relating to the transport and logistics industry and franchising wrangles. Aside from Litigation, Swesha is actively involved in alternative dispute resolution and has assisted numerous parties to settle their disputes via mediation.

Swesha  obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Zambia and attended Trial Advocacy training in Cape Town, South Africa. He is an Advocate of all the Superior Courts in the Republic of Zambia and a Commissioner for Oaths.

His areas of practice includes inter alia; family, probate and succession, employment, franchising, insolvency, mining, commercial, banking and finance, property disputes and conveyancing.
