Martha Kaluba Mwansa has been with the firm since 2020. She is a highly self-motivated and reliable young Lawyer with an outstanding academic and leadership achievement record and a strong talent for legal research and drafting.  She is able to work under pressure and functions extremely well independently on cases without much supervision.

As a young lawyer Martha Kaluba Mwansa has acquired a vast range of experience from corporate advisory, litigation, mediation, drafting of legal opinions and conveyancing. She is a promising young lawyer with vast capabilities in the legal field. She has over the years acquired court room experience in employment matters, corporate law, commercial transactions, banking and finance, intellectual property, matrimonial causes and probate.

She holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia and is an Advocate for the High Court for Zambia (AHCZ). She is also a holder of an Advance Trial Advocacy Certificate issued by the BLA Legal Education Centre in Cape Town South Africa, upon undergoing intense training in trial advocacy.
