Ms. Mwenya is a promising young lawyer training to become a legal practitioner with well versed in the legal field. She has experience in litigation of employment matters, corporate law, intellectual property law, conveyancing, matrimonial proceedings, probate, and Intestate Succession law as well as criminal procedure.

Her legal interests are in litigation, conveyancing and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) i.e. mediation, arbitration and negotiation.

Ms. Mwenya holds a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the National Institute of Public Administration and is an Advocate for the High Court Zambia.
