He has played a pivotal role in establishing the firm’s insolvency and bankruptcy practice, guiding the team through high-profile IBC matters and advising lenders, promoters, resolution applicants, and liquidators. Shiju’s expertise extends to high-stakes infrastructure projects, where he has provided strategic advice on concession agreements, PPP projects, and EPC contracts. He is involved in drafting various model concession agreements for Government Authorities.
