Søren is a partner at Punct and has advised mainly in the field of real estate for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has dealt with a broad spectrum of legal areas within the real estate sector, including commercial lease law, purchase and sale, construction law, planning law, easements, statutes, etc., and has represented cases in district and High Courts as well as in various arbitration disputes.

Søren primarily focuses on project development and real estate transactions, often working with professional players in the industry.

In addition to real estate, Søren provides advice on contractual matters, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

He also serves as the chairman of the board for Nordbohus and as the vice-chairman for the Copenhagen Ski Club.
